В залах для групповых занятий проводятся аэробные и силовые тренировки, программы Mind Body (йога, пилатес, стретчинг), функциональный тренинг на петлях TRX. Для Вас также танцевальные классы по направлениям: восточные танцы (Belly Dance), латина (румба, самба), стрип-пластика. Для детей - танцы, плавание, подвижные игры, рукопашный бой и самооборона, а в теплое время года малыши могут вдоволь играть в детском городке на нашей летней площадке.
