Валерио Боббио - коренной француз, мастер высокой кухни, имеющий 23-летний опыт работы шеф-поваром в лучших ресторанах мира, отмеченных звездами Мишлен. Недавно Валерио презентовал в ресторане-трактире «Шарикоff» меню авторских блюд «Парижские сезоны».
В данный момент проводит эстетическую акцию «Высокую кухню - в массы!»

Это сочетание вкусов, уникальные технологии, интересные приемы приготовления и даже текстура ингредиентов. Я люблю экспериментировать с новыми продуктами, импровизировать, находить интересные вкусовые комбинации. Сейчас в ресторане «Шарикоff» я провожу эстетическую акцию под лозунгом «Высокую кухню - в массы!». Каждую неделю презентую новый сет: три авторских блюда по чисто символической цене. В Европе посетить ресторан, отмеченный «звездами Мишлен», и попробовать эксклюзивные блюда - удовольствие не из дешевых, не каждый может себе это позволить, поэтому мой эксперимент - это настоящий праздник для украинских ценителей хорошей авторской кухни.
