В Харькове продолжается гастрономический проект «13 Chefs», курирует основатель Ukranion Assotiation of Chefs - Алексей Латкин.

Суть проекта состоит в следующем:
Шефы и рестораны по очереди принимают у себя на званом ужине своих коллег и специализированных гостей. Участники проекта соревнуются за звание «Самый Гастрономический вечер» и пытаются удивить своих опытных коллег. В течении года шеф-повара могут обмениваться опытом, а встречающий «гастрономический ужин» шеф проходит так называемый «экзамен».
Во время ужина подает сет-меню: от аперитива до дижестива, при этом не только должен сделать свои блюда вкусными, но и обосновать их актуальность.
