Никогда не обращусь в это агентсво и никому не посоветую. Руководсвто постоянно меняют цену и меняют условия для получения виз. Цена путевки модет вырости за одну ночь без уважительных на то прични. Нет постоянства, отношение неуважительное к клиенту. Не доверяйте этому месту и ищите другое.

Отдых в Крыму Массандра), база "Молодежная". Сегодня вернулась с ребенком из 10-тидневного тура. Такого количества тараканов в номерах я еще никогда не видела. В ответ на претензию представитель фирмы ответил, что тараканы сейчас даже в Лондоне. Отметку в договоре о наличии претензий поставить некому, а без отметки в договоре претензии не принимаются к рассмотрению. Тараканы в комнатах были с начала лета, о чем фирма, естественно, была осведомлена. Я понимаю, что деньги терять никому не хочется, но если бы я знала, никогда не поехала.
