С этим турагентством я с мужем работаем уже больше 5 лет. Да, маленький офис, да летом душно, зато качество и скорость обслуживания на уровне. В конце концов размер офиса турагента не влияют на качество отдыха туриста! Начиналось все с поездке в Египет еще в 2007, потом были Турция, Тайланд, Греция, Испания, Шри Ланка, а в январе этого года - Доминикана. Менеджер Андрей достаточно профессионален. Помог найти тур за ту сумму, которая нам подошла. Когда начали искать была цена 5600 из Москвы на 12 дней, а в результате переда самим Новым годом мы забронировали отель Барцело Пунта Кана 4*+ за 4400 на троих с ребенком. Все наши просьбы были озвучены турагентом туроператору, а им соответственно выполнены. Хотели 2-3 этаж - получили, хотели вид на сад - получили и это. В общем уровень работы как всегда зависит от людей, а люди в этом агентстве профессионалы! Советуем отдыхать через Отдыхай! -) ))
