фитнес клуб "Smile"!
При наличии очень профессионального тренера Александра Шияна очень не профессиональный подход к помещению!
Вонючий и пыльный ковролин на полу в зале!
Заменить срочно на самый дешевый линолеум, положить на ДСП !
Люди не будут портить свое здоровье стараясь укрепить его!
Количество клиентов возрастет и не захочется искать другое место!

Уважаемые владельцы и управляющие фитнес клуба "Smile"!
На протяжении многих месяцев хожу в ваш зал и оплачиваю консультации тренера.
Довольно часто я (и не только я) сталкиваюсь с проявлением хамства, предвзятого и грубого отношения ко мне как клиенту, проявлением мании величия и необоснованного чувства собственной важности со стороны администраторов. Уже нет сил терпеть это. Такие простые фразы как "Доброе утро! " и "До свидания! " я вообще ни разу не услышала. У вас постоянные проблемы с администраторами. Приходят новые, но ничего не меняется. Пару раз видела новую девочку, которая со мной (и не только со мной) вообще не здоровалась. Другая, кот. работает дольше (по-моему Маша) ничем не лучше.
Прошу принять меры и взять на работу хороших людей или научить ваших администраторов элементарным правилам поведения. Они же все-таки работают в приличном фитнес клубе, а не на рынке "Барабашово".
Свой отзыв размещаю на всех сайтах, чтобы хоть какой-то из них дошел к управляющему.
