Добрый день!
Хожу в "Форму" лишь из-за тренера.
Сразу хочу отметить существенные недочеты, на которые администрация клуба никак не реагирует:
- смесители в душевых кабинках работают как попало, то льет холодная вода, то гарячая, то совсем прекращает работать. Вобщем из четырех кабинок работает одна, что создает существенные неудобства;
- кариматы в ужасном состоянии, с каждым занятием разрываются на кусочки;
- на полу линолеум, который моется, наверное раз в несколько дней.
вобщем, небрежность в работе клуба наблюдается невооруженным глазом

Никогдда не планировал оставлять комментарии !Но сейчас хочу сказать: огромное спасибо массажисту Сергею! Мне 46 лет я работаю водителем и частенько имею проблемы со спиной ! Впоследний раз меня так скрутило что я не мог дышать и ходить !!! 15 -минутная работа специалиста по маннуальной терапии и я как родился заного !!! Сергей Витальевич СПАСИБО!!!!!!!!!!!!

Forma в ТРЦ Дафи - вопрос
добрый день. хочу к Вам записаться, только не решила куда. есть у Вас каланнетика или пилатес, степ-аэробика? сколько человек в группе?мне нужно подтянуть форму и животик подтянуть, а куда именно еще незнаю. подскажите. пожалуйста.

Все тренера хорошие ребята, все профи. .. , хорошо знаю тренера Сергея, он же и массажист , советую его для индив. . занятий , сама проверила результаты есть, Серега спасибо !!!!!!!!!!!!!!
