Праздновали День рожденье. Сервис на нуле, банщик лысый смена 29 ноября 23-00 не смог нормально принять заказ, затем мы его уговаривали 10 мин принести купленные тапочки, объяснить где находятся необходимые вещи, разговаривал очень грубо, хамил, вплоть до матов, чуть ли не выгонял. ... Такой персонал нельзя принимать на работу, связанную с клиентами. ... ... ..Много посещали бани, но ТАКОЕ ОТНОШЕНИЕ перый раз было.
Уважаемая администрация, помещение прекрасное, месторасположение тоже, бассейн вообще супер, примите, пожалуйста, меры!!!!!!!! Спасибо.
