Обслуживание в данном заведении чуть выше тройки. На блюдах однозначно недовес. Сама хозяйка кафе (до ресторана ой как далеко и не пахнет им) недоброжелательно, чрезмерно высокого о себе мнения. Цены в кафе выше средних. Были один раз и последний. НЕ РЕКОМЕНДУЮ!!!!!

Обслуживания на самом низком уровне !!!! Официант Александр ( рыжий) вообще весь вечер как отмороженный!!! бокал пива мы ждали 30 минут пока все ходили отдыхали и ходили курить !!! отношение к клиентам отвратительнное!!! больше никогда не вернёмся сюда!!!

Шашлык действительно вкусный. Но к сожалению это все что можно сказать хорошего. Даже зрительно порции меньше заявленных. Обслуживание. . Принесли заказ и за то спасибо) )) ) Специи- ну хотя бы соль!! На столе не предусмотрены. Салфетки - только в начале сервировки. Официантка (м. б. собственник) крайне недоброжалетельна. Больше не придем. Сумма заказа 500 грн.

Были недавно в Ван Хаус. Наконец-то у нас на Холодной горе начинают появляться нормальные места)
Кухня у них более, чем достойная. Нам его рекомендовали, сказали, что шашлык один из лучших в городе. Решили проверить и не пожалели.
Потом узнали, что у них еще и кальян есть! правда курить его можно только в одном зале, который поменьше.
В общем, зачет)
