Интерьер ресторан-трактира «Шарикофф» стилизован под времена героев булгаковского романа: первый этаж – столовая профессора Преображенского, антресоль – библиотека и операционная, VIP-зал – кабинет профессора; нижний этаж – любимый трактир Шарикова «Стоп-сигнал».

Кухня – «народно-благородная», для товарищей и господ — это абсолютно новый взгляд на традиционную кухню: любимые всеми блюда в нестандартной оригинальной подаче.

Изюминкой ресторана является блинное меню, в котором представлены славянские блинчики из пшеничной муки и французские блинчики – крепы из пшеничной муки. Все блины «с пылу, с жару», их готовят прямо при гостях.
