Внутри нас — одержимость аргентинской кухней, что со вкусом чимичурри. Мы — асадоры, питаем страсть к стейкам, рожденным на раскаленном гриле парилла. Перед употреблением рекомендуем раскрывать вкусовые рецепторы Мальбеком. Отведайте «поленту», «пряный ростбиф-салат с микрогрином», почувствуйте танго вкусов. Запомните: мы — это то, что едим, а наши стейки пусть скажут сами за себя.

История одного асадора: вкус определяет мясо, а не специи.

Создаю сильный и равномерный жар, что придает мясу особый подкопченный вкус. Беру стейк, кладу на верхнюю полку париллы. Жду, чтоб мясо стало теплым. Отправляю в огонь. Переворачиваю один раз — когда мясо снизу поджарилось до корочки, а сверху теплое. Использую только щипцы и никогда — нож или вилку, чтобы не вытек сок. Снимаю с огня. Мясо «отдыхает» 10 минут. Делаю жадный глоток Мальбека. И снова в огонь. Сразу не ем. Настоящее удовольствие не торопится.
