За эти деньги !!!!! Обслуживание на 2! Грязь. Шезлонги разломаны!!! Зонтов нет!!!! Кофе нет!!!! Заказ ждали 45 минут. (окрошку) заказать что то надо пойти на бар!!! Персонал в сланцах с грязными ногами!!!! Администрация обратите внимание на свой бизнес!!!! Заведение без администратора, раньше был там лысый администратор так тот хоть работал !!! А что сейчас .. ...

Аркада и 4 звезды??!!! Где и в чём и кто их им дал?! Зонтов как обычно не хватает, официантов не дождёшься, в туалете грязь и вонь. Еда отвратительная. За теже деньги, есть и получше заведения с басейном и природой в Харькове!!! В любое заведение нужно вкладывать деньги, в аркаду видно давно перестали это делать.
