Чудо-Студия - отзыв
Отмечали день рождения сына 16. 07. 16. Детям понравился "квест", подготовленный аниматорами и работа аниматоров, но:
1. При заказе праздника был оговорен мороженный бар с итальянским мороженным. Вместо него мороженное было отечественного производстве, привезенное в сумке-холодильнике за 5 часов до начала мероприятия. Столик смотрелся красиво, но есть растаявшее мороженное было не очень приятно: (.
2. Была оговорена и отлачена развлекательная программа продолжительностью 3 часа, которая подразумевала 2 приема пищи, квест, игры, вынос торта. После программы были предусмотрены и отдельно оплачены поролоновые кубики. Во время второго перекуса я сама развлекала детей за столом, потому что аниматоры раскладывали кубики во дворе (задолго до окончания оговоренных 3 часов их работы). Соответственно, игры с кубиками плавно вошли в 3 часа работы аниматоров.
3. Подарки дети не получили.
4. Торт аниматоры не вынесли, т. к. "один уезжал на море, а второй - на другое мероприятие" - со слов устроителей, которые, кстати сказать, потребовали дополнительно 10% от стоимости мероприятия за "услуги агентства". Спрашивается, а все остальные деньги я кому платила, если не агенству? В качестве извинений мне предложили скидку 500 грн: (.
