Я бы лишнего не слушал и ходил бы нормально отдыхать в данное заведение. Ведь я могу спокойно, человечно отдыхать, понимая и решая любой для себя вопрос. Допустим офик долго несёт заказ, подойду сам и поинтересуюсь что случилось и подожду дальше. ведь может второй офик, компаньён, приболел и этот первый теперь за двоих носится по заведению, один для всех, в таком случае какие вопросы, предельно ясно, немного терпения и всё будет.
А если мухи попадаются в стаканах, это значит вы на летней площадке кафе, не в ресторане в коктейльных платьях где выступает Лобода и платят за вход по пары тыщ грн, а просто Урбан Кафе где природа живёт и вы в мягком пуфике или на кожаном диване отдыхаете, расслабляетесь!)

обслуживание желает лучшего, официанты не подходят, всегда с недовольными лицами!! Кухня неплохая! но сама атмосфера и обслуживание 0

Попала зелёная муха в сок ребят, реально противно как и всем! Очень не довольны! Попросили заменить, сказали что у на свету кондиционеров, и муха это нормально, попросили замену сока - официант сказал что это будет за отдельную плату. ... ( офис с гулькой на голове, на не понятное похож, но не об этом. Кафе не рекомендую , отношение и обслуживание на нуле.

Замечательное заведение, кухня очень вкусная, особенно салатик с телятиной) Было весело, прийдем ещё.
