Останавливались там на пару дней. Чисто уютно. Персонал гостеприимен и внимателен. Обязательно как будем в Харькове поселимся в это отеле.

Останавливались с супругой в начале февраля 2014г, в люксе №7, практически все понравилось, немного душновато, т. к номер выбрали без окна, но по просьбе делают принудительное проветривание и проблема исчезает. Персонал приветливый, вода горячая, завтраки вкусные, wifi отличный, номера чистые с приятным дизайнерским оформлением! Управляющий Александр, просто красава, решает все вопросы за секунду! Только приятные впечатления!

Хочу поделиться своими впечатлениями об этом отеле. Селилась туда пару недель назад. Номер чистый, теплый. Правда, халата, как написано, в рекламе не было, но тапки были. Не смотря на то, что номера небольшие, мне хватило. В принципе, отель хороший. Но вот одно расстроило, всю ночь каждые15-20 мин за стенкой лилась вода, как будто канализационная труба прям под ухом была. Невозможно было спать.
