Кинолэнд - отзыв
Ходила в Kinoland пару раз. Начитавшись отзывов, думала, что все будет намного хуже. Но на самом деле, обычный кинотеатр в спальном районе Харькова. Большие залы, удобные кресла, напитки и попкорн. Лично мне этого вполне хватает, чтобы сходить в кино и отдохнуть. Грубость за персоналом не заметила и с туалетом проблем не было.

ужасный персонал. Был на дедпуле 2 , 17 мая, нагрубила контролер Алла , да недалеко от дома, но уж лучше проедусь на машине в аймакс , чем буду ходить туда, где клиентами не то, что не дорожат, а вытирают ноги. Надеюсь руководство прочитает мою жалобу в книге жалоб.

почитал более ранние комментарии, оказывается в кинотеатре Россия регулярные проблемы с поддержанием комфортных условий в залах. Сегодня на утреннем сеансе чуть не околели с ребенком в белом зале, сидели полностью одетые в перчатках и топали ногами, чтобы ноги не замерзали, холодно -жуть, разве что пар со рта не шел, а так почти как на улице, только еще и солнце не греет. И это называется детский сеанс - ужас.

Ужасный персонал в кинотеатре! Итак людей у них мало последнее время, а они еще и постоянными посетителями не дорожат! Хотели купить билеты, а нам заявили, что сдачу не могут дать, так как денег в кассе как раз нам отдать, а следующим посетителям нечем сдачу дать. У на есть карточка киноцентра с максимальной скидкой, ходим в кино постоянно, а теперь принципиально будем ходить в другой кинотеатр.
