проводили свадьбу 11. 112013. все ПРЕКРАСНО! интерьер, кухня, вышколенный персонал, отдельная благодарность доброжелательным администраторам: Таисиии и Галине.
Рекомендую.

Снимали номер для брачной ночи, номер Афины. Понравилось все - номер, кафешка при отеле, обслуживание. Утром позвонили - принесли завтрак в номер. Девочки на рецепции приветливые, приятно было с ними общаться.

Люблю этот хороший ресторан, работаю рядом, бываю часто. Еда всегда на ура! Приятная официантка Анжела .Администратор улыбкой растопит все проблемы) )Очень милая девушка Таисия. Десерты фантастика!

Людмила, а что вам не понравилось в обслуживании?
Мы были в командировке в Харькове большой компанией. Зашли в этот ресторан, у нас был официант Виктория, очень тактичная и приятная девочка. Может подстроиться под гостя: с нами шутила и создала уютную атмосферу, с парой постарше, за соседним столом, очень уважительно вела беседу.
Хотя, если я хочу в рок-паб, то никаким обслуживанием меня не пронять. Возможно, вы хотели в караоке, для души, а вас пытались удивить сервисом. ..
За время поездки, я посетила много разных заведений Харькова, какое из них, по-вашему, соответствует цена, качество, сервис, обслуживающий персонал? Порекомендуйте
