Каждый день с обложек журналов, экранов TV, телефонов и гаджетов их вызывающе манят 7 заветных букв мечты! «Кастинг»! — И вот уже толпы желающих попробовать силы в шоу-бизнесе выстроились у подножья «Олимпа Славы», где на своем кожаном кастинг-диване восседает он… Великий, недосягаемый, всеми признанный шоу-биз-небожитель — Продюсер! И именно он вершит судьбы будущих моделей и актеров, певцов и танцоров, кулинаров, шоу-менов, откровенных клоунов и клонов. Для него талант — понятие абстрактное, он умеет делать «звёзд» из мусора… или наоборот, и производство поставлено на поток!
