Текила (исп. Tequila) — крепкий перегонный алкогольный напиток (мескаль), изготавливаемый главным образом в окрестностях Текилы, города на западе мексиканского штата Халиско, в 65 км к северо-западу от Гвадалахары. Изготавливается из сердцевины голубой агавы (лат. Agáve tequilána, исп. Agave azul), традиционного для Мексики растения семейства агавовых.
