Божоле Нуво - прибыло!

21 ноября в 19:00 в ресторане «44 Favorite Place» состоится праздник Божоле Нуво!

Молодое вино - это вино, «не отягощенное бочкой». Грозди винограда собирают целиком и бросают в чан. Там они бродят до четырех дней. Забродившую массу отжимают, жидкость сливают, она какое-то время дображивает - и вот вам, пожалуйста, молодое вино. Его букет это практически сюрприз, ведь никто не знает, каким на этот раз будет вино, какие нотки будут в нем доминировать. Все зависит от урожая. Оно очень легко пьется, почти как виноградный сок. Но это вино обманчиво.

Разлив молодого вина по бутылкам целое событие. Праздники молодого вина во всем мире проходят весело и непринужденно.

Наших любимых гостей ждет специальный дегустационный вечер - возможность первыми попробовали молодое вино легендарной винодельни Божоле Ле Ромарин!
