Традиционная немецкая кухня в «Familia»

«Традиционная немецкая кухня» - ресторан FAMILIA продолжает знакомить своих гостей с лучшими образцами европейского кулинарного искусства. И в рамках культурной программы «Недель Германии в Украине 2013» с 18 сентября мы открыли сезон традиционной немецкой кухни.

Блюда нового меню были созданы при участии шеф-повара из Баварии г-на Армина-Эрнста Грундманна и представляют кухню пяти земель Германии. Среди новинок – суп «Eintopf» из Тюрингена, свиная рулька по-бранденбургски, баварские кровяные колбаски и форель, приготовленная по рецепту из Гольштейна.

Хочу также отметить классические немецкие десерты, впервые представленные в нашем ресторане.
