Ее исключительность объясняется 3000-летней историей острова, в течение которой гастрономические традиции обогащались не только за счет местных блюд, но и рецептов многочисленных гостей-завоевателей.

Континентальные итальянцы почтительно умолкают, когда о еде начинают говорить сицилийцы, а говорить об этом они могут часами!
