Новый сезон в гастрономической школе «Familia»

Первый весенний мастер-класс гастрономической школы FAMILIA был посвящен, казалось бы, общеизвестным европейским блюдам. Но в этот раз мы решили сделать акцент на необычной игре вкусов и соединении рецептов разных регионов. К итальянским брускетте с тартаром из тунца мы добавили мексиканский гуакамоле, грате из гребешков  соединили с черной пастой из каракатицы, южному «морскому» вкусу буйабеса придали насыщенности немецкого айнтопфа. Но не только. Ведь изменить привычный вкус может и новый напиток. Например, малоизвестный у нас ирландский стаут подчеркивает нежность устриц ничуть не хуже шампанского. А благородно-сладкий айсвайн великолепно довершает контраст между фуа гра и черничной карамелью.

Итак, играйте вкусами вместе с нами.
