Презентация нового меню трюфелей в ресторане «Монтана»!

Трюфели занимают особое место в грибном семействе: местонахождение их таинственно, а цена баснословна. Как и положено представителям аристократии, встречаются они достаточно редко. Основные объекты охоты — белый и черный трюфели. Считается, что более высокими вкусовыми качествами из них обладает черный трюфель. Произростает это грибное «сокровище» в Италии.

Трюфели относятся к продуктам  афродизиакам: их воспламеняющие свойства используются человеком с древних времён. Главным достоинством трюфеля является аромат — насыщенный, изысканный и неповторимый. Он незабываем!
