Межрегиональная школа национальной федерации фитнеса и бодибилдинга Украины приглашает фитнес инструкторов на обучение курсам:

7 Июля 2012 года – курс «Инструктор по потере лишнего веса»

В основу семинара легли практический опыт (более 18 лет в области фитнес-индустрии) и глубокие знания преподавателя в области физиологии. Знание реабилитационных программ, восстановление после травм в профессиональном спорте.

23 июня 2012 года (Базовый уровень)
24 июня 2012 года (Продвинутый уровень)


Тренировка со штангой подходит мужчинам и женщинам всех возрастов. Это – отличный фитнес для тех, кто хочет создать себе красивый мускульный рельеф, но при этом скучает в тренажерном зале. Наш курс позволит вам вести эти классы грамотно и профессионально. Кроме того, Body Pump – идеальный вид занятий для тех, кто не любит хореографию, а предпочитает силовой тренинг.

Программа курса

Работа проходит в мини-группах.

По итогам курса выдается сертификат ФББУ
