Спортклуб "Кентавр" предлагает Групповые и индивидуальные занятия для детей и для взрослых:


1. Бэби-йога
2. Оздоровительные группы (справка от врача обязательна):
занятия с инвалидами 1-ой и 2-ой группы; дети с ДЦП.
3. Группы для беременных мам: послеродовая гимнастика и танцы, подготовка к родам.
4. Восточные танцы: Индия, Belly-dance, Китайские и Японские танцы.
5. Фитнес: Миксы, Пилатес+йога, Флэксибар+йога+у-шу
6. Боди-флекс (дыхательная гиманстика со статичными позами): худеем легко и быстро 5-15 минут в день.

Занятия ведёт тренер-международник, дипломированный специалист. Большой опыт работы с детьми.
Член лиги профессионалов Belly-dance.
