Новые пивные сеты в шоу-ресторане Altbier

Чудесная новость для любителей крафтового пива: в меню шоу-ресторана Altbier появились Beer sets for company - 4 ассорти на большую компанию.

Сет «Savage» объединил 6 свежайших крупных устриц с разными начинками: с соусом табаско, вялеными помидорами, авокадо, свежим огурчиком и кинзой. Вкусно и с пенным, и с вином.

Любителям птицы понравится ассорти «Сплетницы». В нем пикантные куриные крылышки с соусом табаско, хрустящие крылышки с соусом терияки, перепелка породы «белый техасский бройлер» и жареный цыпленок, выдержанный в травах.

Самый сытный — «Big beer set». Тут и сочное свиное колено с капустой, и говяжье колено, томленное в пиве, и печеное свиное колено с золотистой корочкой, приготовленное по старинному чешскому рецепту.

Еще один сет для мясоедов — «#Rebro». В нем говяжье ребро «Бурбон», сочные бараньи ребрышки, свиные ребра «конфи» и с соусом барбекю.
