Всемирный день здоровья – это настоящий спортивный марафон. Фитнес и пилатес, аквааэробика и йога, боевые искусства и стретчинг, танцы и мини-гольф, футбол и теннис – целый день мы тренировались нон-стоп.

Идея Всемирного дня велнес – популяризировать здоровый образ жизни, правильное питание, спорт, активный отдых. Праздник некоммерческий: все выступления, тренировки, мастер-классы в этот день – бесплатные.

Девиз Global Wellness Day во всем мире: «Один день может изменить вашу жизнь!».
