Мастер-класс от Жерома Риги

Визит именитого Шефа Rigaud Jerome (Франция) в Украину для Первой Украинской Ассоциации Шеф-Поваров!

Мы рады представить французского шеф-повара Жерома Рига. Впервые в Харькове, Жером расскажет нам о своем пути, опыте работы как в мишленовских ресторанах, так и шеф-поваром первых лиц государств.

Начинал свою карьеру Жером в таких ресторанах как: Restaurant LA Villa Duflot(Perpignan, France),  Restaurant the Almandin (1 Michelin star, St Cyprien Plage, France), Restaurant Astor (ресторан неоднократно получал 1 и 2 Michelin star, Paris, France), Restaurant Troisgros (3 Michelin star, Roanne, France). Наш гость возглавлял рестораны в качестве шеф-повара в Куршавеле, Москве, Бейруте и Маврикии.

Жером имеет обширный опыт работы в качестве шеф-повара Кремля и Президента РФ, а так же отеля Yacht Club de Monaco, который принадлежит принцу Альберту Монако.

Мы хотим поделиться увлекательным профессиональным опытом и приглашаем вас 27.05.2019 в 18:00 в Кулинарную Академию Al.Cuisine на Сумском Рынке.

Жером приготовит несколько интересных блюд и расскажет о своей истории.

Меню демонстрационного мастер-класса:

Устрицы с яблочным желе, тартаром из сельдерея и зелёных яблок с эспелетским перцем и маслом лесного ореха; Артишоки баригуль, фаршированные фуа-гра с кремом бальзамик.

Приглашаем гостей к регистрации. Стоимость: 800 грн для гостей, (500 грн для членов Первой Украинской Ассоциации Шеф-Поваров).
