Vanilla Ale «You» — Platinum series от AltBier Brewery

Весна — главное вдохновение наших пивоваров. Она ассоциируется с нежностью, цветочными ароматами и желанием наполнить свою жизнь новыми ощущениями. В таком мечтательном настроении родилось еще одно пиво Platinum Series — бельгийский Vanilla Ale «You»: OG 19%, Alc.  8,0% vol, IBU 27.

Бельгийский эль известен на весь мир. Его рецепты заметно различаются от региона к региону и даже от пивоварни к пивоварне. Каждый производитель варит его по-своему. Мы решили добавить в эль стручковую ваниль, которая сделала его аромат опьяняюще-нежным.

У Vanilla Ale «You» глубокий красновато-медный цвет. Крепость пенного необычно сочетается с ароматом ванили, фруктов и карамели. Оно получилось насыщенным, согревающим и не похожим на все, что вы пили раньше.
