Открытие сезона винных вечеров в ресторане «The Terrace»

28 февраля в ресторане The Terrace состоится открытие сезона эногастрономических вечеров Chef & Sommelier - 2019!

Здесь вас ждет встреча с настоящими гурманами и фанатами своего дела, которые готовы поделиться опытом фудпейринга. Шеф-повар и сомелье подготовили пять блюд из локальных продуктов в сочетании с испанскими винами.

Специальный гость вечера — Jose Maria Fraile, основатель испанского винного дома Tandem. Традиционно мы предложим вам пять вкусовых пар из блюд и отлично сочетающегося с ними вина.

Мы встретим вас аперитивом Vicente Gandia Cava Brut DO Spain, а далее подадим пять пар блюд и подобранного к нему вина из испанской провинции Наварра.

В меню вечера:

- Стейк из судака на креме из белого лука с кукурузой и вино Tandem Inmacula.
- Вителло тонато из мяса страуса с соусом из атлантического тунца с розовым вином Tandem 'Casual' Rose.
- Под бараний язык-гриль и пюре из батата предложим бокал Tandem Inmune.
- Тартеллини с телячьим языком, черным трюфелем и кремом из сельдерея отлично дополнит Tandem Ars Nova.
- И завершит курс томленая голень ягненка с кукурузной полентой с вином Tandem Macula.
