Зародившийся в Лондоне, около 300 лет назад, портер развился из более раннего сладкого коричневого пива, популярного в то время. Под воздействием потребительских предпочтений много раз эволюционировал, менялись технологии и ингредиенты. Считается, что названием обязан своей популярности среди лондонского рабочего класса — грузчиков (портеров).

Команда пивоваров Altbier Brewery решила соединить лучшие пивные традиции Великобритании - какао и спелую вишню.  В результате мы получили невероятный напиток, со вкусом черного шоколада и вишни, плотное, сладкое, слегка хмельное!
