Настольный теннис – отличный способ развлечься с пользой для своего здоровья и настроения. Легкость и стремительность движений, молниеносные переломы игры в пользу то одного, то другого соперника. Эта игра идеально подходит для того, чтобы отвлечься от сложных и навязчивых проблем, переключившись в русло быстрых реакций. Она оттачивает движения и гармонично развивает все тело.

Для всех желающих, в фитнес клубе Феромон открыта летняя площадка для игры в настольный теннис. В конце месяца планируются соревнования между членами клуба.
