Бизнес-баттл Taktika.Рестораны @ Promodo Hub, 7 октября 2021

7 октября в Promodo Hub состоится бизнес-баттл Taktika.Рестораны. Спикеры первого ивента: Вилен Диниелян — основатель сети ресторанов Roll Club и Watatsumi, и Анастасия Латкина — основательница сети ресторанов Farsсh, Buhari и CHOO Izakaya.
 

Формат ивента — Q & A шоу. Он не предусматривает длинных презентаций, а в большей степени состоит из ответов на вопросы, которые спикеры избираются на экранах.

Вопросы будут касаться операционных процессов в ресторанной сфере, маркетинге, автоматизации бизнеса, поиска подрядчиков, управление командой, и других бизнес-аспектов.
 

Отдельным планируется блок «неудобных вопросов», касающихся моральных и этических принципов: как собственных, так и бизнеса в целом. Коротко ответить на эти вопросы сможет каждый гость в зале, проголосовав «да» или «нет» онлайн, а результаты сразу же увидеть на экранах. Спикеры же будут давать развернутые ответы, объясняя свою точку зрения.
 

Модератором Taktika.Рестораны в Promodo Hub выступит Юлия Мельохина — соучредитель консалтингового бюро в сфере гостеприимства и корпоративной культуры B&M advising bureau. У Юли большой опыт работы в ресторанном бизнесе, в частности, в First Line Group.
