Дегустация французских коньяков Леро @ Altbier –Vinoteka, 30 Мая 2017

«Чтобы сделать хороший Коньяк, его нужно любить» — таков девиз коньячного дома «Lheraud», история которого насчитывает не одно столетие.

Коньячный дом Леро – один из редких домов, который может официально предложить коньяки определенного года урожая – миллезимы.

Специальная комиссия профессионалов по коньяку (BNIC) контролирует все этапы производства этих коньяков, подтверждая их происхождение и высокое качество.

Миллезимные коньяки получают из благородных сортов винограда.

На сегодняшний день коньячный дом «Lheraud» владеет 55 гектарами виноградников, на которых произрастают три сорта винограда – Ugni Blanc (Уни Блан), Colombar (Коломбар) и Folle Blanche (Фоль Бланш). Соответствуя законодательству, сорта этого винограда составляют в коньяках «Lheraud» не менее 90%. При изготовлении коньяка винокуры дома не применяют карамель, древесную стружку и другие компоненты, потому продукция «Lheraud» отличается естественностью вкуса и цвета.
